FAQs
How does FurAway™ work?
Yes, the jacket has a soft fleece lining that provides extra warmth during cold walks.
What surfaces can I use it on?
The jacket's outer fabric is water- repellent and suitable for light rain and snow. It is not intended as a fully waterproof raincoat.
Does it work for both dog and cat hair?
No, the jacket has an integrated harness with leash attachments, so you can attach the leash directly to the jacket.
Is FurAway™ reusable?
Measure the dog's back length, chest circumference, and neck circumference and compare them with our size guide. If the dog is between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.
How do I clean FurAway™?
The jacket is available from S to 4XL. Always base your choice on the dog's measurements rather than breed or weight to find the right fit.
How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the delivery address.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to our return policy. The product must meet the conditions for return.
